You’ll be participating in group classes utilizing the CrossFit methodologies outlined below.
We meet you where you are at. Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter.
In this respect, we advise that anyone new to our CrossFit program go through our Fundamentals Course. This starts your journey with a 2-hour one-on-one session with a coach, 3 personal training sessions and 1 month of CrossFit membership.
CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied, meaning everyday is different so you never get bored. All workouts are based on the core movements of life, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, rowing and more.
All of our CrossFit Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure:
A guided warm up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. Our workouts can include but are not limited to warm up, skill work, core work, strength, metcon, cool down. Our coaches will supervise and provide movement cues to correct major movement flaws performed by you during the workout. Our goal is to keep you safe while getting in a good workout.
