Shockingly, 79% of the population overlooks their health needs during the holidays! A survey conducted by Ohio State University revealed that 45% of respondents take a break from exercise, and more than half report feeling tired and having less time for themselves.

Letโ€™s prioritize our health this season! Here are a few tips to stay on track:

1. **Stay Active**: Incorporate fun physical activities with family and friends.
2. **Mindful Eating**: Enjoy holiday treats, but be mindful of portion sizes.
